I feel horrible. I have always had difficulty breathing in cold weather and my insides feel so liquidity. I am so out of shape as well, I hope it is just the cold weather but from how slowly I jogged during the run periods I just suck. I am surprised how much I gasped for breath during the first run interval. I really hope that I don’t have to repeat week 1, that would just be sad.
\nI am starting at 270 lbs, my initial route is 2.7 kms and google says it is 33 minutes as a walk, I spent about 28 minutes there.<\/p>\n
Work is going ok, I am now in Food Prep and Cookware which is a bit bigger than storage which is nice. The amount of SKUs is mind boggling, especially with figuring out what needs to stay and go.<\/p>\n
My RRSP from work transferred in, now the hard part is what to invest it in since the markets seem to be overpriced currently and nothing seems like a safe bet. Luckily Chris pointed mo towars a safer stock that won’t necessarily go all in and will hold cash.<\/p>\n
