I am juiced out

I had some delicious chicken balls and they came to under $10, I was a little miffed that they didn’t have sweet and sour chicken but they did have lemon chicken and sweet and sour chicken balls. The place itself looked sketchy and smelled funny inside. I half expected a dog to run out of the kitchen. The Lotus Garden is dinable.

I haven’t needed juice for the last hour, I am glad to have that monkey off of my back. Now I can piece my life back together.

Rich hell ass kings

I just drank some tropicana juice that is as expensive as milk. I like it, I like it a lot, I drank half a litre of it as soon as the sweet juicy nectar hit my lips. I have since gone back to the fridge a couple of more times for the juice, I need the juice, when I am not on the juice I just think about the juice and the next time I can ingest some of the juice. I am afraid that my whole life will revolve around getting more juice to fill my (apparent) never ending need for juice. Juice. So tasy and delcious, my fingers are shaking a little bit, I want more juice. I wonder if I can go back and exchange the milk I bought at the same time for some more juice.

I wonder how much room I have left in my RRSP, I should probably figure that out soon.

I noticed a quirky thing when I was walking by the Ford dealership when they were clearing snow off of their trucks, they had them all on. I’m not sure if that was simply to keep the batteries charged or it was just to cause some fog but it was a little weird to see a row of 10 trucks all on with one guy wiping the windshields. It is a little frightening walking down a hill while a guy is using a snowblower going uphill with the metal arms just swimming ready to cut you up if you happen to slip and wall and slide down the sidewalk in to the open mouth of the snow blower. I think the guy knew the snowblower wanted to feed, needed to feed, because he pushed it up the hill towards me clearing the sidewalk. He didn’t even pause in his activities as I approached him. I guess he doesn’t realizing that he is running some machinery that could be harmful if others fell in front of him. Oh well better than the flea market who had hired someone to clear the parking lot but not the sidewalk, hmmmf.

Need more juice.

I have wet feet

I walked to the 401 centre and got my socks soaked completely. I think I am going to get virus’s in my feet. Of course not too many places had their sidewalk plowed. On the way back I saw on of those mini bobcats clearing the sidewalk, those things are pretty manuverable. The peron in it cleared the sidewalk and than wanted to get to the otherside of the street. She raised the shovel and than pivoted in place and pushed the button for the traffic lights with the bobcat’s shovel. I want to drive one of those. Super fun.

So with the freezing rain the carpool didn’t go to work. Second time in less than 7 days and apprenlty another snow storm is going on right now and won’t let up until the morning. I’ll feel very uncomfortable if I couldn’t come in again :/. I had to drive my niece to her hockey game which is 5 minutes or so from my house. It was a miserable drive and really slippery. I got stuck at a nearly level stop sign due to ice and had to roll back a bit to get a running start to get past it.

When coming back from the Ice Park I left through the back road so I can get the light back home. The road was of course all white and I thought I was following the car in front but I guess I was off to the right a little because all of a sudden it started to sound like I was going through fresh snow that hasn’t been driven on so I steered back towards the centre of the road. I didn’t realize at that moment that the street has no sidewalks or curbs and has ditches so I almost drove into a ditch : / I don’t think I would have been able to drive out of it. So that was dumb of me. How about you?

I’m not sure if I finished off what I was saying yesterday. So anyways when I walk with my toes pointed forward I feel so much pressure on the outer edge of my feet. When I normally walk the pressure seems evenly distrubted through out my foot, which seems to be why I have no arch left.

Went to the mall today and they have no more Sony store, it upped and moved while Le Chateau is getting renovated. I assume that they are going back to where tehy were since Le Chateau didn’t change the store front at all for the former Sony store.

Oh well, quiet day today, I ate the rest of the ribs that my brother made, so damn good.

Hmm I don’t like the size of teh thumbnails.

Full of ribs

yum yum and sauce. My brother makes some pretty good ribs, I never knew ribs really could fall off the bone before. The sauce is fantastic as well. Now I am thirsty, and quite awake. I have been rolling over a bit and although my eyes are dry and sore and Iam doing some fairly big yawns that stretch the muscles in my jaw pleasently I cannot sleep. I just toss and turn, not too hot yet not comfortable.

OK I am actually getting tired now.

I have noticed that the last few weeks I have been able to go long stretches of time without wearing my glasses, even during computer work that involved me staring at the screen for hours and to be able to differientitate between a 6 and an 8. Thursday and during the weekend it was a lot tougher and I did need my specs for a bit of it. At work I have a new LCD so I guess my eyes were really tired afterall. I didn’t get too much sleep that night. During the weekend I think it is because my monitorthat I was looking at is 8 or so years old and isn’t as bright as it use to be. Kathy thinks that someday it will be thrown out when in fact it will turn the corner and start being more marvelous than ever before and evolve hd abilities and a dvi port.

Kathy’s apt is now mostly clean, the vacuum too I predict will start spontaneously working like a new vacuum, because I will it. But we worked with what we had cleaned up, that guinea pig can really throw his mess around the room and than it gets tracked by socks and cats to other places in the room. He still yanks on his water bottle but it has a more limited range of movement so hopefully the noise will drop a bit. We also went for a jaunt around school since the weather was warmer and we have been cooped up a bit with our only journeys lately involving retail outlets. I also was inspired to see if the old chair was still sitting it the Thames river. It either was under water as a rotting corpse, floated away downstream, or the city removed it.

OK I am finally getting really tired, so hopefully sleep time. please please sleep time, I have to be awake in under 5 hours from now and I left somewhat earlier from London in order to get sleep. : /

feeling glum

I feel depressed and excluded today at work, which is kind of good since I have
to finish up my stuff, especially since it seems like a storm is coming
in today, meh. I feel like I am stuck in a rut and am underused. Part
of this is a blessing in a way since I can have time and try and do
stuff for my self but the downer is I doubt it’ll hellp in the end. Meh
sigh.

Oh well Friday after the snow storm was pretty good and I had delicious tacos yum yum. Oh and Gingie never did learn anything. After cleaning out his cage yesterday Kathy found that there was a big pee spot that was shaped like his igloo, so he still pees where he sleeps. He also peed and pooed on his edible bridge :/
I’ve been looking more and more at digital SLRs. I am pretty surprised that Sony ones actually seem to be pretty good. I mostly find this surprising since their video game systems and TVs and such would be high on the price and stiny on the features, not so here, it is quite the refreshing change. I like that it has the image stabilization built into the camera and not the lens, so I can but any lens later without having to pay a premium for IS. The pictures looked really good from what I saw. Pentax is another camera with the stabilizer built into the camera, unfortunatley the pictures aren’t nearly as good which is quite a shame since they use AA batteries which would have been a real treat since I have about 20 rechargables. Another plus for the Sony is that everyone doesn’t say the starter lens that it comes with is horrible. Even with all that it looks like Canon still edges out the Sony Alpha a little bit but they do seemed priced higher, especially since the image stabilizer is built into he lens. I’m mostly worried about that since my hands are pretty shakey even on the best days.

Maybe I am just worried about money too much. I do want to go up and make more, actually I feel like I have to. House orices are scary unless you want to live by the rail road tracks. I lost the 6/49 on Wed so I guess I have to try making it. Oh and Scotia Bank Mutual Funds suck ass.
