Week 2 finally

I finally ran week 2 day 1. I guess finally isn’t the best word to use since I did give it an attempt before.  It was 20ish and fairly hot.  This was suppose to be 6 running sessions of 90 seconds, somewhere I screwed up. When I have music playing I can’t here the cues to run or walk, the volume just drops. I missed one of the runs and ended up running for 2 minutes instead of 90 seconds. So I think I ended up running 4 sessions at 90 seconds and 1 for 2 minutes instead of 6 sessions at 90 seconds. So close.  I should bring a water bottle next time.

Not sure if i am getting better or running slower

It’s been about a week since my last run, or 10 days, in not entirely sure what day it is.  So I missed some time because of rain and because I have been working in the stores for a couple of days and I am not use to standing on my get all day, also one day it was late and I didn’t feel like going.

So I redid week 1 day 3 since it has been a while, I might have run a little bit slower, actually come to think of it I think I ran what I usually did it just felt a lot better. My legs weren’t too cramped and I wasn’t winded despite the wind seemingly always blowing into my mouth.  It’s always weird when walking during my cool down feeling I could go for another 60 seconds.  I think next time if I am not too banged up from being at the store again tomorrow that I will try week 2.  Hopefully my knees will hold up, at one point they both felt very weird.

Yay Montreal beating the bruins, I missed the game in order to catch the amazing spiderman 2, which I unfortunately didn’t like that much. It was OK but it was very emo and some of the character motivations were weird. The soundtrack they were playing during the electro fight was annoying as well. Oh well.
